We’re a specialist surveying company based in Worcester that architects, engineers, and developers trust to provide accurate land and building surveys. Our work ensures projects start on the right foot, with detailed measurements transformed into precise drawings and 3D models.

What’s the Role All About?

As our Customer Relations and Marketing Manager, you will work independently from our Worcester office to ensure our customers have the best possible experience while also driving our marketing efforts to attract and engage new clients. This is a varied role that blends excellent communication skills with creativity, requiring someone who can think outside the box and isn’t afraid to try new ideas.

 

You’ll be the go-to person for managing customer communications, creating content, and delivering marketing campaigns – all while helping our MD move the business forward.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Relations:

 

  • Be the friendly and professional voice for our customers, handling queries and updates with confidence.
  • Manage key communications – follow up on quotations, keep customers updated on project progress, and ensure all touchpoints are positive.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to keep us on track for excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

 

Marketing:

 

  • Write engaging blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns that showcase our expertise and connect with our audience.
  • Keep our website fresh with updates and optimise it using keyword research and SEO monitoring.
  • Use your creative skills to produce eye-catching content, with photo and video editing to bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage and schedule social media content, ensuring a consistent and professional online presence.
  • Research marketing tools, trends, and opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently to drive results and support our MD in pushing the business forward.
  • A passion for outstanding customer care, with a confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • Excellent written English – spelling, grammar, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Creativity and the ability to think imaginatively – we’re looking for bold ideas, not just middle-of-the-road solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to juggle customer care, marketing activities, and multiple priorities.
  • Photo and video editing skills would be a great help.

 

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with WordPress, keyword research tools, and SEO.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • A background in managing social media platforms and content creation.
