A PDF says “1:200 at A1” but on screen that scale means nothing. bScaler lets you set the true scale, then measure distances and areas and export a marked-up PDF.

Open a native DWG or DXF straight in Chrome. See it with its real layers and colours, measure it, drop numbered survey points, draw on it and export – without opening full CAD software.
